In this one time incredibly dynamic and engaging class we discover our five senses. We practice yoga poses that correspond to every sense. This class is perfect for the kids who love to learn something new about themselves and amazing animals. In this class, we will discuss in Russian our favorite smell and food, listen to the different sounds, play games, practice yoga. Founder of Kids Love Yoga, Certified Kids Yoga Instructor. She has completed her training with ChildLight Yoga in 2014. Iryna has been teaching yoga to all ages. She has taught yoga for children at daycares, after-school programs, Sunday schools and private classes. Her classes combine storytelling, music, imagination and movement allowing even the youngest of yogis to blossom and grow. In her free time you can find her reading books, traveling, cooking and enjoying nature at parks and trails with her family, husband and two wonderful kids.
