In this class students will learn how to subtract numbers with borrowing. They will work on numbers containing three, four, and five digits. There are more than twenty problems on a 222 slide presentation that students will solve both alone and working together step by step with the teacher. An alphabet code allows students to create words from their answers. If the answer is correct the word will be a plant or animal. This will allow for evaluation of each problem. No homework will be assigned.
