EFT is a tapping technique that can help anyone during times of stress, help them achieve their goals, and help them to balance their lives. By the end of class students should be able to: Identify all EFT tapping points Effectively tap each point for the correct amount of time Speak while tapping Walk their parents through a simple EFT session (which I highly encourage right after class!)
I am an arts therapist, intermodal. I have been working with women and children for many years. Not only is EFT used in therapeutic sessions, but people use it on themselves all the time in their own home as a way to connect back to themselves, release fear and anxiety and balance their energy. I have taught many kids (including my own) how to do it on themselves so they can live more comfortably in their bodies.
55 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
