Venomous Animals in Germany

I have four nature-living children who, like most kids, are infatuated with wild and venomous animals. We all have heard about venomous animals in Australia and the U.S.A., but did you know that there are various venomous, even highly venomous, animals in Germany?
If you like walking and hiking in Germany, you are probably familiar with wildlife, such as deer, elk, wild boars, foxes, and many more. But…… did you know that Germany is also home to some of the most venomous animals?
In this class, you will learn about venomous animals you could encounter in Germany: the Asp Viper; the European viper; the fire salamander; the Yellow Sac Spider; the European Garden Spider.
In this interactive class, we will explore and learn about the various animals, discover the animals’ habitats, geographic locations, what they like to feast on and what makes them so special.
Students will view slides of the animals.
Prior to class, I will upload a few worksheets so the students will be able to add information during class, if desired.
