Class Experience

We will start class by discussing the many situations where we have to quickly know our left from our right.  When people tell us "Look over there on the right!" or "Turn left up there!" when we are riding our bicycle or in the car.  Also, when we need to tell others where something is, we need to remember our left from our right.  The teacher will then introduce a variety of different ways that we can easily recall left from right in the many different situations where we need to.  This will build confidence!

Learning Goals

Students will learn various skills to help them quickly and confidently remember left from right.  The teacher will introduce many different ways because different strategies work for different children.

Hi!  I am Teacher Alicia and so excited to meet you!  I am a certified Early Childhood Education Teacher located in the United States, and have a Bachelors Degree in Psychology.  I have lots of experience in the classroom with little ones, and have been successfully teaching English online for over three years.  I believe every child can learn, and it is the teacher's job to discover how to reach that child's motivation.  I love incorporating many facets of learning into my lessons through fun, engaging activities to keep things exciting!  Young children are tiny sponges and ready to learn as much language as possible!  It's time to take advantage!  I have my own four year old little girl, and baby boy, and love to cook, run marathons, and play the piano.
