Class Experience

This class is taught in English.
Learners gain a basic understanding of a new state. They will be able to locate it on a map and share information about the capital, landmarks, etc. They will also increase their curiosity about and their openness to new places.
I have a Bachelor's in Psychology and a Master's in Education (Curriculum and Instruction) and have lived abroad in Japan and travelled to a total of 19 countries and 31 US states. I have personally travelled to all of the states we learn about in this class and have fun experiences to share! I'm also a Nearpod Certified Educator.
In addition to the Outschool classroom, this class uses:
50 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
