To ensure a safe environment, please provide: A small, open space free of obstacles for limited movement. Comfortable clothing that allows for ease of movement. Proper footwear to prevent slipping. Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from State University of New York at Fredonia
I am the author of "The Secret Dance Technique," a book that explores essential mental skills through the lens of dance. It includes extensive research on the topic and interviews with many professionals.
I hold a Bachelor of Arts degree with dual majors in Psychology and Interdisciplinary Studies, specializing in Performance Psychology, with a minor in Dance. My teaching experience spans two years at an elementary school in Spain, alongside teaching dance across various U.S. states and to a global student base online. I have also performed worldwide, including at Walt Disney World, Motiongate Dubai UAE, and on a cruise ship. These diverse experiences as both a dancer and educator have shown me how vital skills like focus, resilience, creativity, and divergent thinking are—not just in the arts, but in every area of life.
