In this 2-week Summer Camp, I have sourced the lessons in virtues that are essential elements in development of one's character and social skills for establishing healthy and successful social interactions and relationships. We will start by a brief mindfulness practice to introduce the concept of all the gems (virtues) within us. We will then explore a different virtue each day: What is the virtue (i.e. truthfulness)?,Why is it important to practice it?, How to practice it?, Related Group Activities: virtue-based games, story time, mindfulness excerise, drawing, Discuss signs of success in practicing the virtue No prior knowledge is required Week 1: Day 1 - Truthfulness Day 2 - Self-Discipline Day 3 - Responsibility Day 4 - Humility Day 5 - Respect
Learning Goals
This class will guide students through understanding, examples, and related activities how to practice virtues in daily life in interactions with their family, friends, classmates, and teachers.

I hold a Master of Education degree and a Master of Science in Software Engineering degree. I have over 16 years of experience teaching elementary, middle school, and high school age students.
