Class Experience
Learners will become familiar with the engineering design process and gain confidence using TinkerCAD and sharing their work with others. Students will be able to manipulate 3D shapes to create any models such as simple house, engineering tool or other advanced designs in TinkerCad.
I have a mechanical engineering degree and worked with companies in CAD modeling applications and 3D Designs. I have trained students in 3D modeling & design, and also supervised summer camps. Not only that, I have tutored over 10,000 students in core math and science subjects for the last 5-6 years. I love to work with students. My simple step-by-step blueprint system has helped thousands of students and I hope it will help you as well in your learning journey. Remember, learning takes you to the next level.
No extra homework. In-class activities are advised to practice outside of the classroom. Also, the student can enroll in specific 3D design courses to further spark their learning.
In addition to the Outschool classroom, this class uses:
Mr. Mahamudul Hasan will review projects with the learner to evaluate if goals have been reached and to set new goals to complete the project. No formal testing. Also, the student's strengths and weaknesses will be identified during the learning process.
1 hour 10 minutes per week in class, and an estimated 0 - 1 hours per week outside of class.
Learners will need an individual Tinkercad account from TinkerCad.com. It would be beneficial for learners to have a notebook to document their work, so this can be referred later on when designing any future project. If a temporary account is needed while waiting for a parent-approved account for kids under 13, please let me know early. These temporary accounts will be deleted without notice frequently to ensure student safety and to comply with Outschool standards. Parents should be active in Outschool messaging and available for conferences as needed to reach goals for the project.
