Graphic Design Portfolio allows students to develop new skills in Canva including creating a website. In this class, we will focus on design principles to create amazing designs in Canva. Each week, we will create a unique design to give learners a broad experience in graphic design. A device to run Zoom and Canva. Optional: two devices, one to run Zoom and one to run Canva. It is preferable to use Canva in a web browser like Chrome rather than an app for mobile devices. Create an account at canva.com (free version). Our final project will be a portfolio website. With the free version of Canva, students will be able to design and view their website in presentation mode; however, Canva Pro (paid version) is required to "publish" the website. Canva Pro is optional as students will be able to share their design in presentation mode for class purposes.
