STRESS MANAGEMENT CONTINUED
Since there are so many techniques, I will continue sharing them for this final week of class. Take a final quiz covering all of the strategies learned to manage stress.
Much of my expertise is explained in the class description. I began using a planner in middle school only when it was forced upon us in public school. However, what I learned was how much I enjoyed it because it helped keep me organized, remember things and accomplish more in life. I continued using a planner all though school. Later, in college I completed a course in time management and stress management. Some of the themes learned in both courses overlap to reduce stress, problem solve and form positive habits.
