Hands-on Science Experiments! Students will learn scientific terms, facts and methods while having fun completing these winter inspired hands-on experiments. Supplies are usually items that are easily found around your home. Each lesson will include a printable science journal. The science journal includes our supply list, terms to ponder, charts for completing the scientific method and an explanation section. Experiments include: 1) 3-in-1 Magic Water 2) 3-in-1 Balloon and a Bottle 3) Lemon Volcano 4) Grow a Rainbow 5) Cartesian Bottle Diver Structure for each live class: 1st - We will go over our supply list. 2nd - Introduce and discuss our scientific terms to ponder. 3rd - Students will follow along with me as we complete the science experiment of the week. I will often ask learners to share their hypothesis for each step along the process of our experiment. We will fill in our hypothesis and observations throughout class. 4th - We will discuss our final scientific findings. When entering the online classroom - be sure to put your camera view on "gallery mode" so you can see all of the learner's experiments at once. There will be no screen sharing or third party resources shared in this course. Full list of supplies for this course!
