I've created a year-round schedule for my Excellent Reader Jr classes by adding The Excellent Reader Jr: 4th Grade Reading and Writing Fun Class for the summer. The summer 2024 schedule includes a week off during July 1-4. Completion of this eight-week class will see your students reading three books including one biographical book of their own choosing, writing several short essays, one book report, their own graphic novelette, and learning several oral Language Arts techniques. ...
The learning goals for this class are for your student to engage with books in a fun, relaxed, and creative way. While doing this, your student will be using their comprehension skills, honing their writing skills, and practicing their oral communication skills.
