Class Experience
Homework is not required, but it is strongly recommended that learners practice what they have learned for at least 10 minutes each day. I also encourage all learners to surround themselves with as much Spanish as possible. Listen to Spanish music! Watch children's programs in Spanish on tv or YouTube. Consider borrowing Spanish language books from the library, or building your own Spanish language library at home!
Learners will need a small dry erase/white board and marker each week. Handouts that may be needed for a particular lesson will be available in the classroom, and will need to be printed prior to the start of the class meeting. Flashcards and some additional pieces for specific lessons will need to be cut apart before the meeting.
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
Informal oral and basic written assessments will be conducted frequently.
