1 hour per week. Homework in the form of verbal practice at home is suggested, but not required. A handout with each week's vocabulary will be provided after each meeting.Class Experience
In this weekly Spanish club, learners will be introduced to fun Spanish vocabulary while making their own playdough creations related to the weekly topic. We will practice the new vocabulary at the beginning of class, using a PowerPoint presentation. For the remaining time, learners will create objects out of playdough, inspired by the weekly theme. There will be time at the end of each meeting for each learner to share what they have made! No previous experience with Spanish is necessary. Learners may join in any time, and may also repeat lessons whenever they choose. Vocabulary lists will be given after each meeting, so that learners may practice at home. Supply List
Playdough of any type. Depending on the weekly topic, learners may want several different colors. Optional items include plastic tools for shaping and rolling.
