Join me for a one time class focusing on the importance and necessity of setting goals in life. We will start the class with a short discussion on why goal setting is an intricate part of personal and professional growth. We will then discuss what goal setting looks like, what challenges we may face while in the process of reaching a goal, and what completing said goal could do for us- such as build self esteem, show follow through, and open doors to new more complex goals. Lastly, we will discuss our individual aspirations, and choose 1 specific objective to break down into smaller attainable steps. Using those steps, we will create a vision board that clearly represents our intention. We can use this vision board as a tool to inspire and motivate ourselves to grow! Teacher expertise and credentials
Bachelor's Degree in Education from Western Governors University
Hi everyone!
I am here on Outschool teaching all things Self Expression! My classes are designed to identify and celebrate all of the qualities that make you uniquely you.
I have a bachelors degree in Elementary Education, previous Outschool teaching experience, and most importantly I have a passion for working with children and developing a zest for self development. I feel that each child has an individual and distinctive path and my hope and goal is to encourage the discovery of that. I aim to teach students to trust themselves and unearth their likes, dislikes, passions, and interests. I firmly believe that being an authentic version of yourself is the building block for success in personal and professional growth and I aim to help find and accentuate that in my students. I teach an array of subject matters, all with a primary focus of tethering and developing your child's creative intelligence.
Let's get started making the world a more diverse and eccentric place!
