US Grade 3
In this ongoing class, second-grade students will learn well-rounded curriculum phonics, including word study, spelling, syllables, sight words, letter sounds, blending, bossy letters, diphthongs, word patterns, digraphs, vowel patterns, & blends. This class includes: ✏️ a homework sheet with each lesson to reinforce the phonics topic ✏️ a fun and lively class environment that encourages engagement ✏️ an interactive lesson with several opportunities to practice what's being taught Each class will begin with a short warm-up to get students engaged with the teacher and the lesson material. Each lesson will be focused on one aspect of phonics and reading so students can master the topic by the end of class. The phonics curriculum will be taught through group reading activities, search and find activities, writing exercises, games, and LOTS of laughter and fun! Learning Goals
