Second and Third Grade Paragraph Writing: Master Writing the Opinion Paragraph
In this ongoing paragraph writing class, 2nd and 3rd-graders will master writing one opinion paragraph each lesson with step-by-step instruction in a supportive & fun environment. There is also a FLEX (self-paced) version of this class.

In this ongoing paragraph writing class, 2nd and 3rd-graders will master writing one opinion paragraph each lesson through writing prompts & paragraph structure instruction with an easy-to-follow template in a supportive & fun environment. This class includes: ✏️ A printable PDF template each week to support students' writing organization ✏️ Step-by-step instruction via live class (or class recording) ✏️ Real-time writing support for students who get stuck or need extra writing help ✏️ Personalized feedback for students who send in their writing after class 📝A PDF printable will be sent each week to be printed out and brought to class. If the PDF is forgotten or you are unable to print it, your student may still attend and participate in the class. The PDF printable is intended to give students further support and decrease overwhelm. The PDF printable is highly suggested. 📝Each class will begin with a short warm-up to get students engaged with the teacher and the lesson material. Each lesson will be focused on writing one opinion paragraph by the end of class. Students will be given an engaging paragraph structure lecture and then will be led through a series of steps and prompts to help support them through the proper paragraph writing process. Learning Goals
2nd and 3rd-graders will have lots of opportunities to consider WHY they think a certain way or have a certain opinion, and then work through the steps on the template to communicate their thoughts in an easy-to-follow structure.
