In this one-time session, students will be taught group lessons based on their individual needs whether it is for ongoing help or one-time help on a topic. Group lessons depends on family's targeted topic.

Have multiple children that need to be taught the same topics or study for an upcoming test? This session is designed to target your children's individual needs while addressing the targeted topics, regardless of whether they’re facing a challenge, need supplemental reinforcement, or want to move ahead. We will communicate before hand to get an idea of where your children needs help and go from there. If I feel there’s a foundational concept not mastered besides what’s requested, I will take the time to cover any gaps in knowledge he/she may have. Topics include, but are not limited to: Subtraction with regrouping Greater than, less than Decimals(Addition/Subtraction /Multiplication/Division) Long Division Multiplication Fractions Decimals(Addition/Subtraction /Multiplication/Division) Fractions Real numbers Integers Solving Equations and Inequalities Order of Operation Algebra ANY skill not listed that may need to be revisited Knowledge of math facts required, relatively close to mastery as Math facts will only be reinforced not taught). Hello, my name is LaShaune, and I’m a wife and mother of four. I received my BS in Computer Engineering along with a minor in Mathematical Sciences from Clemson University. I went on to obtain my MBA in Information Systems Management from Strayer University. I’ve worked as a tutor and adjunct instructor primarily in mathematics during the past ten years. I am currently working on obtaining my NTA certification in reading and math. I love writing poetry, songs, and stories(whenever I have the time) and playing games with my family. I am also the owner/operator of Coastal Kids’ Corner, a virtual math tutoring company.
You will see that my classes are very small as I want to make sure I address each child and have enough time to answer questions or even reteach a concept if needed.
