Welcome to a fun adventure where your child learns all about big feelings, brave choices, and making friends! In this class, kids become super-emotion detectives, discovering how to name their feelings, calm down when upset, solve friendship puzzles, and boost their confidence like superheroes. This social-emotional learning class is designed to equip children with essential emotional intelligence skills such as emotional awareness, empathy, self-regulation, conflict resolution, and growth mindset development. Through engaging activities and guided discussions, students learn to identify and manage their emotions, communicate effectively, and develop resilience.
