Students will learn how to make their ADHD a superpower, by learning about tips that can help with limiting distractions and learning how to accept the wonderful and unique way they have of seeing situations and solutions to problems. No prior background knowledge is needed for this class, but students' ability to understand a little about what ADHD is and how it affects them is helpful. Microphone and headset recommended. Pen/pencil and paper to jot down any tips that would be helpful to you. Any other material will be provided by the teacher.
