Beginner Level
Are you ready to embark on a fun-filled musical journey? This class is specially designed for little ones aged 3 to 7! Over the course of 8 weeks, your child will dive into the magical world of music, discovering new notes, rhythms, and melodies while developing their musical ear and creative expression. Each week, we’ll explore a new musical note and its solfege syllable, move to the beat of the rhythm, and practice ear training through interactive activities. Kids will also enjoy singing, dancing, moving and grooving! We’ll start and end each session with our special hello and goodbye songs, creating a musical routine that your child will look forward to. This class uses videos from Prodigies and ABCMouse, ensuring that each lesson is both educational and entertaining. Whether your child is a budding musician or simply loves to sing and dance, this class will create fun musical experiences for all.
Learning Goals
Familiarize students with the notes of the C Major Scale and their solfege syllables.Teach basic rhythmic patterns and values (such as quarter notes and eighth notes), and help children understand and clap along to simple rhythms.Syllabus
