Me, Myself & My Possible Self

Students will reflect on their strengths, weaknesses, and support systems, and use these insights to visualize their future selves. They’ll identify goals related to their career, hobbies, skills, and more, giving them a starting point to plan for their future. This class is perfect for teens who want to start mapping out their path and take small steps toward achieving their dreams.

By the end of the class, students will:

1. Create their own “Possible Selves Tree” to visualize their future goals and aspirations
2. Understand how their strengths, weaknesses, and support systems influence their path
3. Set short-term goals to begin working toward their future selves

This class serves as a great introduction to my series of courses on personal development, goal-setting, and academic wellness, where we dive deeper into strategies for success in life and school.
