In this course students will review the topic of simple equations. As a retired teacher, I have witnessed the fact that many student have forgotten some of the basics skill they were taught in their early years of math education. One of the areas that those students needed help in was the simple equation section. I have worked with students to help them understand how to break this task down in to step by step functions and complete the task without a problem. The course evaluation will include a final test at the end of the session. If you child needs additional help still requires more help after the review I will be posting a 4 week class in August.

The question is why me as a teacher for you student in this class. That is a simple answer, I am a teacher who taught in a special education classroom for years. I know that student some time don't understand the instruction for a certain task. As a special education teacher it was my job to break those instruction down so that my students could understand and complete the work. Sometime that required numerous example and working 1 on 1 for a good while. When that student finally learns what to do he will never forget it. I have the time and passion to help your child succeed with this section of their math program.
