Introduction to Gardening Tools

In this course, the student will be introduced to the tools used in gardening and why each tool is important in the garden. Students will see the tools used in planting process. They also see the tools used when taking care of the plants after the mature plants are growing in the garden.
The tools we will be discussing are as follows:
- Rear tine tiller
- Spade or round nose shovel
- Garden hoe
- Garden rake
- Wheel barrel
- Scoop shovel
The assessment for this class will be to identify the tools and write a simple example of there uses.
There is no background knowledge needed. There will be a small quiz at the end of the section.
