This is a one-time class that will focus on mastering multiplying and dividing mixed number fractions. This is a great class for students who are new to fractions or those who need a refresher to master this skill. The class will take an "I Do," "We Do," "You Do" teaching approach. Learners will learn from visual slides and demonstrations by the teacher, discussion, and feedback. Students will have the opportunity to work on the whiteboard in class if their device allows. Otherwise, students are encouraged to have a whiteboard and marker to use in class to solve the problems. We will access Nearpod through a private classroom link. Class is taught by a licensed teacher with a Master's in Education.
