In this weekly class, your child will learn and practice a simple strategy to use when solving word problems. We will discover the C.U.B.E.S. Strategy (Circle, Underline, Box, Evaluate, and Solve) and practice the skill during the class. Students will learn what it means to understand and then solve a word problem by breaking it into more understandable parts (C.U.B.E.S.) as well as how to determine the correct operation based on the key words in the question.
