Improving reading comprehension skills in a fun book talk session
Class experience
Come and learn more about understanding and talking about books in this informal, discussion based class. I will read a story and then we will explore it. Extracts and illustrations will be shared on screen so it's not necessary to purchase a book beforehand. We will look at skills such as predicting, retrieving and summarising within this session and will look at how we can apply these skills in day to day life too.
