In this one time class, the student will learn the fundamentals and drills for a bridge up kickover with USA Olympian Ms. Hope. The student must be able to do a bridge up without the head in contact with the floor befor enrolling in this class. We will begin class with a 5 minute warm up that will include jumps, stretching and light flexibility. Next we will move into learning and understanding the bridge up kickover, then the students will have the opportunity to try the drills and begin to perform the skill. As ewith any physical activity, there is a risk of injury.

Parental Guidance
A parent/adult must be with the student for the duration of the class.
Supply List
Students will need a padded area free from any objects such as tables, chairs and/or walls. The student will also need a small padded block/box and/or an inclined surface.
External Resources
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.

Hi. My name is Ms. Hope. I have a Bachelor's of Science in Family and Consumer Sciences degreee from the University of Georgia. I'm a retired USA Olympic and NCAA gymnast. I have 26 years experience as a gymnastics club owner and coach. I enjoy teaching and encouraging young children, as well as, help them to live a happier and healthier life. I love to have fun in the classroom through encouragement and providing positive feedback.
I have a 17 year old daughter, a dog named Jacky. In my spare time I enjoy exercising, cooking and home decor.Reviews
