In this fun-filled three-day gymnastics camp, students will learn how to perform basic to intermediate gymnastics skills. Students will learn how to complete a front roll, backroll, cartwheel, headstand, and handstand. Each camp will be themed to the season that it occurs. For Thanksgiving, we will have thanksgiving themed music and background. For the December holidays, each class will be an inclusive holiday-themed class. No previous gymnastics experience is necessary. Our class outline for each day will look like this: 10 min - warm-up and stretch 15 min - practice skills and drills 5 min - game and cool down Please practice gymnastics in a safe space with no obstacles in the way. (coffee tables, breakable valuables, etc.) Also, provide a soft area (gymnastics mat, yoga mat, carpet) for your gymnast to practice on.

Parental Guidance
Please practice gymnastics in a safe space with no obstacles in the way. (coffee tables, breakable valuables, etc.) Also, provide a soft area (gymnastics mat, yoga mat, carpet) for your gymnast to practice on. Parental guidance is strongly encouraged in each class.

Teacher expertise and credentials
Kaz is a dedicated and passionate gymnastics coach with over a decade of experience. She began her coaching journey in 2009 and took her passion to the next level by opening Coach Kaz Gymnastics in 2012. Over the years, Kaz has expanded her business to online formats to share her love of gymnastics worldwide.
Kaz strives to make every session fun and active while fostering confidence, positive attitudes, and essential personal skills in her students. She believes that gymnastics is more than just a sport; it’s the foundation of human movement, providing the building blocks necessary for development in all sports. The fitness and life skills learned through gymnastics are tremendous, and Kaz is dedicated to showing her students that they can achieve anything they set their minds to with hard work and a positive attitude.
Kaz holds an associate's degree in Sports Exercise and Science from Amarillo College, where she gained hands-on experience teaching both children and adults about fitness and body movement. She furthered her education at West Texas A&M University, earning a degree in Psychology. This academic background provides Kaz with a deep understanding of how the mind and body work together, enhancing her ability to teach new skills effectively.
Kaz has taken numerous courses focused on teaching the foundations of gymnastics. Her commitment to continuing education and practical experience has made her an expert in her field. Kaz loves watching her students grow stronger and more confident with each new skill, knowing they have a solid foundation to build upon.
