In this semester long flex class, students will learn everything they need to know to have a successful beginning in Kindergarten from a real kindergarten teacher! We will cover letters, numbers, shapes, colors, and practice fine motor skills. Learning is accomplished through the use of pre-recorded class videos (NO LIVE MEETINGS), so you can choose what time of day this best fits into your schedule! This class is taught in English.
By the end of this class, your student will know 26 letter names and their basic sounds. By the end of this class, your student will be able to count to 20 and recognize those numbers. By the end of this class, your student will know their colors. By the end of this class, your student will know their 2D shapes.
Homework Offered
It is recommended that the learner reads every day for 15 minutes a day. The learner will also have activities to go along with each letter, number, shape, and color to give them extra practice.Assessments Offered
