Week 1: Exploring Circles and Red Through a delightful story featuring circles and the color red, children will sing songs like "The Wheels on the Bus" and engage in activities identifying circular objects. They'll create their own red-themed circle art! Week 2: Discovering Squares and Blue This week, a story about squares and the color blue will guide our learning. We'll sing "Bluebird, Bluebird" and go on a virtual hunt for square shapes. A fun craft will help children design their own blue square patterns. Week 3: Triangles and Yellow Fun A cheerful triangle-themed story and songs like "You Are My Sunshine" will brighten the week! Children will learn to identify triangles and create a yellow triangle collage. Week 4: Rectangles and Green Adventures Our focus shifts to rectangles and the color green. A story about green things and rectangular shapes will be paired with songs like "Five Green and Speckled Frogs." Kids will explore rectangles in their environment and craft a green rectangle masterpiece. Week 5: Stars and Purple Sparkles Children will marvel at the beauty of stars and the color purple. We’ll read a story about starry skies, sing "Twinkle, Twinkle, Little Star," and create a purple starry night artwork. Week 6: Heart Shapes and a Rainbow of Colors In our grand finale, a story about hearts and rainbows will celebrate all we've learned. We’ll sing a rainbow-themed song, review shapes and colors, and craft a heart-shaped rainbow keepsake.
