Class Experience

Do you feel your room gets messy easily and don't know how it happens? Do you lose things or have a hard time finding what you need? Do you need ideas on how to make things easier to remember, plan for, or handle?

We are going to turn that all around! Working together, we will create a fun system for getting our rooms picked up and organized, creating a space that feels good to be in! Plus, brainstorming on challenging situations so you feel good about new ideas and solutions.

Even if it seems hard for you, we will keep things simple. I will help guide you, encourage you, and keep you moving forward towards the goal . . . . a special room, a space that you want to hang out and sleep in.

IN EACH SESSION, WE WILL:
- Have a tip or skill to help with our space, schedule, or routines
- Work on organizing and cleaning your room while having fun
- Ask questions and find solutions for specific issues you may have in your room or other areas in your daily life that you need help with getting organized

Skills We Will Highlight in class for the
WEEK OF:
April 1st - Declutter Regularly
April 15th - Do One Thing at a Time
April 22nd - Nightly Reset
April 29th - Label Everything/Creating Labels
May 6th - Break Down Tasks

My goal is to help guide my learners, encourage them, give them simple steps, and help them create amazing new habits and gain tools to help with their day-to-day.

As parents, our idea of cleanliness and organization may be completely different than a child's idea of cleanliness and organization, especially with ADHD. By meeting each week, I can guide and encourage them into a cleaning and organizing routine, knowing it can be light and fun!

I have worked with children of all ages, including those with ADHD and who have difficulty focusing.
Learning Goals
Create a habit of keeping their room "clean and organized" and not feeling overwhelmed. This can give a child a sense of accomplishment and confidence, knowing they can have control over their room, making it a comfortable space of their own!
