Learning Needs
I have experience working with students with special needs, including ADHD, dyslexia, and ASD. I am very happy to provide accommodations or differentiation for any child to be successful.
Parental Guidance
This camp is designed to help young children develop basic organizing and cleaning skills in a fun, interactive way. While most activities will be engaging and hands-on, parents may want to be involved in some activities at home to reinforce the lessons. For example, setting up small organizing tasks, such as sorting toys or helping with household chores, can enhance the learning experience.
Please note that the camp emphasizes building independence, but younger children may need occasional guidance with tasks such as folding clothes or organizing school supplies. As this camp involves physical activities (such as cleaning and organizing spaces), please ensure that your child has comfortable clothing suitable for movement and any light chores they may be participating in.
We encourage parents to celebrate their child’s progress throughout the camp and to help them continue practicing these skills after each session. By maintaining a consistent routine, children will develop lasting habits of tidiness and organization that they can carry into everyday life.
