Italian for Beginners: Feelings, Body, And Describing Myself

Building confidence is key to any foreign language, and that is what I will be doing through this class.

 Italian for Beginners is a series of classes that include learning vocabulary and short conversation questions and answers. Classes can be taken consecutively or not. We review regularly and try to do one conversation time each class.

Class 1: We will learn 15 feelings (sleepy, worried, nervous, excited, cold, hot, confused, happy, etc.)
Class 2: We will learn 15 emotions (I feel sick, to be cold, surprised, angry, etc.)
Class 3: We will review and learn 8 more feelings (I am thirsty, I am hungry, etc.) and some ways to describe ourselves (such as talented, athletic, studious, nice, interesting, etc.)
Class 4: Students will learn 18 parts of the body including chest, hair, face, feet, etc. These will be given on flashcards with a photograph and the Italian word on each flashcard.
Class 5: Students will learn 25 parts of the body including back, hips, lips, freckles, etc. These terms will be given on a 1-page pdf with English, Italian, and photographs.
Class 6: We will learn 16 nationalities (American, Mexican, European, African, Irish, German, etc.)
Class 7: We will review.

*Each time, we will review some from the last lesson.
*Homework each week will be to review the new vocabulary and questions and how to answer them.
*Students will be given a PDF, colorings, worksheets, etc.
