Beginner Level
This 8 week singing class for elementary kids focuses on fun vocal exercises, games and songs to teach basic singing skills like breath control, pitch, rhythm and expression. Kids will build confidence, learn fundamentals and sing! Every class we'll do a short warm up, a lesson and a bit of a song.

Introduction to the Voice & Basic Breathing Techniques
Students will learn the basics of using their voices safely and effectively. 30 mins online live lesson
Lesson 2:
Pitch and Vocal Warm Up
Understand pitch and how to sing in tune. 30 mins online live lesson
Lesson 3:
Rhythm and Timing
Develop an understanding of rhythm and timing while singing. 30 mins online live lesson
Lesson 4:
Dynamics- Loud and Soft
Learn how to vary volume (dynamics) when singing. 30 mins online live lesson

I am a professional actor and singer who has been working in the business and teaching for over 30 years! I LOVE kids and have taught in public schools, private schools, arts schools and music schools. I also teach individual voice lessons, group vocal ensembles and choruses. I have directed and choreographed musical theatre performances for children. I am a member of Actors’ Equity Association and the National Association of Teachers of Singing.
