1:1 Private Voice Singing Lessons. Learn to Sing! Music Techniques.

In this class students will learn the basics of how to be a singer. In the beginning of class I will share slides to help explain a new singing teaching. Every week will be different! Some examples are: proper chin position, the different voice registers, an explanation of lip trills and humming, and how to keep their larynx steady. I will demonstrate each step and students will mirror me (if they are able). Learning how to sing properly allows singers of all styles of music to perform well without fatigue or damage to the voice. 

We will than apply what we learned by singing a song that is selected by the student. Each week we will work on growing the students voice, through various different methods.

 The methods taught for the next few weeks are as follows: 

Week oct 9- Breathing Support 
Week of oct 16- Proper Posture 
Week of oct 22- Diction 
Week of oct 29 - Characterization 
Week oct 2- Vowels 
Week oct 9- Voice Registers 

Please note, more lessons will be added as time goes on. 

Lyrics and tracks will be provided. Student may bring a song to class to learn or I will provide them one based on their vocal range.
