Teacher expertise and credentials
From my bachelor's program in education, we were required to take a technology class in which we learned how screen time affects the brain. I also received a minor in psychology, in which some of my classes discussed this topic as well. I have read numerous articles and studies about this topic because screen time has also affected my life. I have found ways to balance screen time in my life, despite working online! I have valuable tips and information to share.
