Fun-filled & music-based, this 4-week class series meets once per week to learn and practice LOTS of American Sign Language Food signs to music! Students will sing & sign our “Hello” song at the beginning of each class, followed by warm ups and some puppet fun! Next we will introduce Food signs to a lively song, where learners will be highly-engaged and having FUN every step of the way. Following up with short question & answer game and our “Goodbye” song at the end of every class. Each week we will build on the previous week’s lesson and by the end of four weeks students will have memorized an awesome song and more than 30 new ASL vocabulary words! This is the second class in Miss Dena’s "Intro to ASL Music Series", after completion of this class be sure to check out another lesson in the series to continue to build a solid American Sign Language vocabulary foundation!
Learning Goals
In this engaging class series with Miss Dena, beginner students will learn a complete ASL Food song and enjoy lots of vocabulary practice with silly games, puppets, books and music- all while having FUN!Other Details
