Class Experience

Students will learn the structure of writing an Opinion Essay. They will practice using transition words, conjunctions in compound sentences, and linking words. These are all crucial learning targets in the national standards for 3rd grade.
It will be beneficial to the student if they spent time on their writing piece after class. I recommend spending an extra 30 minutes working on their essay.
