Putting It All Together - The Final Write Congratulations! Your First Short Story
  • - Learners will learn how to tell a story before writing it - Learners will develop characters, decide what the character/s will do, and when and where the action will take place - Learners will begin with one sentence, drawing, writing and sharing it - Learners will expand their ideas and details expanding into two, three, four and five sentences - Learners will learn correct punctuation, grammar, sentence structure and paragraph formation - Learners will be given the opportunity to share their sentences and final product through class discussion - Learners will gain confidence in speaking as they share their thoughts and ideas
