Description
Class Experience
Students will experiment with a variety of paper of different sizes, colours and thickness and practice cutting and folding different shapes (organic and geometric). The result is to have fun and create a mini-book by adding some drawings to complete the story. They can even decorate the card the way they like with the materials they already have.
Visual Merchandising Arts Diploma from Seneca College School of Fashion
Card Stock or other heavy-weight paper (a few, different colour) Glue stick / White Glue/ Rubber Cement Scissors Ruler Pencil Crayons/markers/ any other colour pencils to decorate the cards Cutting mat (it can be useful for measurement too (easier than a ruler) so bring one if you have it!)
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
2 hours 40 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
Parents will need to monitor their children when cutting with scissors.
