In this crafting class, your learner will have the chance to make an adorable gnome with yarn while socializing with classmates. Learners will have a lot of fun while forming new friendships.
Class Experience
Welcome to crafting with yarn. Join us as we craft an adorable gnome wearing a winter hat. No knitting experience needed as we will not be knitting but instead crafting with yarn. Conversation will be encouraged for all learners. I will be crafting along with the learners to show them each step as we go. We will be using a toilet paper roll as a base for the hat. Yarn: Thin thickness: 1 white and 1 color (or multicolor) of choice toilet paper roll scissors ruler a small/medium ball/bead for the nose of the gnome Craft glue (or hot glue gun) **needle nose pliers if using hot glue gun
Scissors and craft glue or hot glue will be used during class. I will teach your learner safety while using these products, but you know your learner best so please provide the appropriate materials for your learner to keep them safe.
