Students will learn different drawing techniques while creating Orbtangle Art. In this class we will use circular shapes to trace our Orbtangle designs. Students will receive a step by step tutorial from the teacher on how create different looks. Students will be able to ask questions and interact with the teacher during the class. The teacher will talk while drawing and the camera will show the teachers step by step process. The class will also be provided with visual aides through photographs, video and music to inspire creativity. Students do not need any prior experience. They should be able to trace circular shapes, listen to instructions and follow along.
Learning Goals
Students will create Orbtangle Art by learning a variety of different art techniques using black line on white paper. Different techniques include; curves, dots, orbs, lines, patterns and spirals. They will learn how to take these techniques and turn them into into amazing art designs.

Supply List
Supply suggestions: Black markers; very thin, thin, medium and bold. A set of colored markers. Durable white drawing paper or card stock. Circle guides can be bought in art supply areas or students can use circular items in the home to trace their orbs. A ruler is always a good to have. Pencils and erasers are a must.
