In this class students will learn basic drawing techniques for hairstyles. Student art will properly draw human hair, textures, and correct placement of the hair.
Class experience
In this Drawing Hairstyles for Kids series students will learn how to properly draw hair and how to place the hair on the head. They will also learn how to draw straight medium to long length hair. We will draw two different hair styles. Drawing style is not considered realistic. Students will learn how to properly draw three hair textures, and four different hairstyles.
I absolutely love drawing. My career started as a Fashion Illustrator, so I have a lot of experience and practice drawing hair. I can draw styles from very simple pixie cuts to whimsical mermaid hair.
Homework Offered
Practice drawing textured strands of hair and placement on the head.0 - 1 hours per week outside of class
