Key Responsibilities: Describe their main tasks, such as providing emotional support, using therapeutic play, and educating families about medical procedures.
Settings of Practice: Discuss where CCLSs work, including hospitals, outpatient clinics, schools, and community settings.

3. Case Study 

Case Study Discussion: Present a brief case study illustrating a typical scenario where a CCLS provides support. Highlight the strategies used and the outcomes achieved.

4. Interactive Discussion and Q&A

Discussion: Engage participants in a discussion about the video and case study. Ask questions such as:
What strategies did you notice the CCLS using?
How did the CCLS’s support impact the child and family?
Q&A: Allow participants to ask any questions they have about the role and work of CCLSs.

5. Wrap-Up and Reflection

Summary: Recap the main points of the lesson, emphasizing the importance of CCLSs in supporting children and families.
