Description

Class Experience

In this one-time live class, we will read a story, listen to and read the lyrics to uplifting, confidence-building songs, and learn a short and simple dance routine to the songs. 

During Girl Power classes we will learn about professions they can choose, building confidence, working hard for our goals, and working through challenges. This will all happen through books, music, and dancing. I will ask questions while reading the book and we will build confidence with uplifting, girl-power...

Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.

30 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.

With any movement class, there are risks involved. Please make the teacher aware of any pre-existing injuries/health conditions. A safe space is required. There is no dress code, but please wear comfortable clothing and shoes. Also bring a water bottle if it's desired and make sure you have adequate space to dance in.
