Description
Class Experience
Each week students will participate in a themed build challenge and share their incredible builds with each other! Can you build an underwater scene? What about a mythical creature? Or a machine that can help us out in some way? 5 minutes: welcome chat 5 minutes: weekly build theme will be introduced and explained. 20 minutes: students will build 10 minutes: students will share their builds with the class and talk to each other about their builds This is an on-going club that meets once...
Students will develop engineering and building skills through participating in the weekly themed build challenges! Listening and sharing skills will also be developed.
No homework will be assigned for this class.
Building brick pieces available for building with. No specific sets or pieces are required, but having a fair amount of them is suggested so learners can be creative with their builds!
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
There will be no formal assessment for this class. Students will share their creations at the end of each class.
