In this one time class, elementary students will play games to practice their geometry skills.

This class is designed as a fun way to introduce or review the basic concepts of geometric objects. The format is games. There are potentially 3 games we will play, depending on the class size and average level of understanding. Game 1: Geometry BINGO. All students will be provided a pdf packet to download with several BINGO boards. We will use an online random selector tool to designate which learner uses which board. The items on the board will be: points, lines, rays, line segments,...
Students will improve their understanding of these basic geometric objects, and how they help form the shapes they already recognize. Students will identify lines and angles, and the shapes they make up.
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
