In this 1-off class, students will learn about the world by playing a guessing game in which they have to guess a state/country/province/city. Then we will discuss that place's culture, landmarks, etc. All will be places I've lived/visited.
Class Experience
US Grade 8 - 11
Follows Teacher-Created Curriculum
Students will learn about cities, states, countries, and provinces in this geography class. We will also learn about the culture, famous landmarks, and foodways. As all the places covered in this class, will be places I have personally lived/visited, the students will also get to see pictures of these places as well. In the first 20 minutes of the class, I will give 3 hints about the location we are going to talk about. The students will have to develop questions in that time to figure out...

I am a world traveler and have lived in the places we will discuss. I am also a folklorist who is well acquainted with cultural heritage and can share what I have learned about the geography location's culture, from an outsiders perspective
